I lost my device (user error, no fault of Tracki), and sent an email to them after purchasing a new device. Received a call within 24 hours, and the woman I spoke to was exceptionally helpful in transferring the subscription over to the new device, informing me of the lifetime warranty, and getting me set up so if I lose this one, it’ll be replaced for free!

I use this tracker to keep tabs on my young son when he’s playing in the neighbourhood. I even tested it with my dog, and the location is consistently accurate. Though I primarily use my computer to check updates, a helpful chat agent recommended downloading the app for real-time notifications. I’ll definitely try that for better minute-by-minute updates. The lifetime warranty is a fantastic perk, making it a great long-term investment. Overall, I’m super impressed with this tracker and plan to renew the subscription annually. It’s an excellent tool for safety and peace of mind.
